By accessing or using Trusted Guild — including browsing the directory, submitting a listing, or contacting an agency through the site — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users: businesses searching the directory, agencies and freelancers who list their services, and anyone else who visits the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trusted Guild. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Trusted Guild is a curated directory. We provide a platform where agencies, freelancers, and consultants can list their services and where businesses can find and contact them. We are not a party to any agreement made between a buyer and a lister, and we do not manage, guarantee, or take responsibility for any work performed as a result of a connection made through the site.
If you submit a listing, you represent that:
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these requirements or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the directory or its users.
Trusted Guild offers paid features including a Verified Badge (one-time purchase) and a Pro listing (monthly subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe.
You may not use Trusted Guild to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal of your listing without refund.
When we remove, reject, or suspend a listing or account, we will notify you by email with a brief explanation of the reason. Common reasons include inaccurate or misleading information, prohibited content, or suspected abuse.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@trustedguild.com with “Appeal” in the subject line and a description of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review appeals and respond within 14 days. Our decision on appeal is final.
Trusted Guild respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to support@trustedguild.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown”. Your notice must include:
We will respond to valid notices promptly. Users who repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights will have their accounts terminated.
The Trusted Guild name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Content you submit to your listing — your business name, description, portfolio work — remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site as part of your listing.
Trusted Guildis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not verify every claim made in every listing — the Verified Badge reflects our review process at the time of verification but is not a guarantee of future performance or conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Guild and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including damages resulting from transactions or agreements made between buyers and listers found through the directory. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Guild and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service, content you submit to your listing, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This includes any claim by a buyer or another lister arising from representations made in your listing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Trusted Guild shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the directory.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email where required. Continued use of Trusted Guild after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusted Guild regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
